Initiating returns at the Returns Center is easy

• Enter your order number (also CW prefix) and your email address or phone number to sign in.
• Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions - it's just 4 steps to complete the return request and shipping.
• When your request is approved, you will receive email update notifications with shipping instructions.

What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)

• 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition (i.e. unworn, unused, unwashed).
• Items must also have the original tags attached to be approved.

Exchanges

This is the fastest way to return. You can exchange the size of the item or exchange for another item of equal or greater price. In case of higher price, we will only charge you the difference.

Refund options

• Refund to original payment method.
• Refund via a store gift card for the total amount of the order.
• Refund with a store discount for the full amount of the order.

When will you receive your refund?

Once your return is processed, the refund to store credit (gift card or discount) is immediate. In your original payment method you will receive a refund notice from us and the refund will take 1-3 business days.

DISCLAIMER

When we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to suspicious claims related to orders placed but not received, or if items are returned after being used or tampered with, or if the returned items do not match what was purchased, we will We reserve the right to withhold any refunds and block your account from placing further orders.
